I do alot of home canning in pressure cookers/canners. I don't think I will be able to use my canner with these type of coil eyes. If you can I wish someone would let me know how. Otherwise I'll be trying to purchase the old coil eyes asap in order to be able to do my canning next summer! I absolutely HATE cooking on these eyes!!!!!
